The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) aims to publicly inform Users about the procedures for the collection (processing), storage, and transfer of personal data and information provided in connection with the Services rendered by FOP Teslenko D.S.   • not to attempt to gain access to the personal data of other Users by any means, including, but not limited to, deception, abuse of trust, or the guessing of authentication and identification data.


If the User registers on the official website of FOP Teslenko D.S., or via its APIs and applications, on behalf of and in the interests of third parties, then by providing this consent, the User confirms that they possess sufficient authority to perform such actions—including the authority to provide consent on their behalf for the processing of personal data under the terms set forth above—in the capacity of their representative (such as a father, mother, guardian, or other persons designated by applicable law).

In accordance with the Law, Sole Proprietor D.S.
